Thank you for visiting and shopping at Alma Herbs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing times. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days subject to stock availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Whilst we do our best to keep sufficient stock, there may be times when stock may not be available, and we have to wait on suppliers to deliver. There may be delays as a result.

Should we not be able to supply or if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped. This depends on whether you live in one of the major delivery hubs or an outlying regional area.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via a courier service door-to-door. It’s important to ensure that there will be someone to receive the order at the address that you specify on your order.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate fee for shipping.

Can you ship outside of South Africa?

No. We only ship within South Africa.

In summary: We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made from Alma Herbs. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, contact us via email [email protected] within 7 (seven) days of receipt.  All products are returnable, excluding:

Special orders;
Products bought on sale;
Products that have been opened and used.

Products returned must be sealed and undamaged and must be returned in their original untampered packaging with the original invoice.

Cost of returns will be for the customer except in the event the incorrect product was shipped.

We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (7 days after issuance of receipt of your parcel) or, if applicable, the expiration date of the product itself.
