Gotu Kola
Gotu kola is an important herb in Ayurvedic medicine and is considered to be a rejuvenating tonic for the brain and nervous system.
It’s shown to be an adaptogen, anti-inflammatory, brain tonic, diuretic, slight laxative, slight sedative, and circulatory stimulant.
This herb is used for conditions such as:
- Mental and physical fatigue,
- anxiety,
- depression,
- memory loss
- arthritis,
- Parkinson’s disease,
- dementia,
- chronic inflammation and poor digestion,
- stress, and
- detoxification.
Ingredients: Centella asiatica
Extracted using rainwater and 99% laboratory-grade ethanol.
Suitable for vegans
Dosage: 10 drops 1-3 x per day or as suggested by your healthcare provider.
How to use: The tincture can be placed under your tongue or in a glass of water. If you want to avoid ethanol consumption, place the drops in hot water and allow the ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.

Interactions:
If you are taking any drugs or supplements or have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your medical practitioner before use. Avoid gotu kola if you have a liver condition, as it may make it worse. It may also make you a bit sleepy, so do not use it when taking sedatives.
It’s recommended not to use for more than six weeks at a time before at least a week break without consulting your medical practitioner first.
Most medical practitioners also recommend against using gotu kola if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, as its effects have not been studied on infants or children.
