Plant-Based Diet Plan

If you’re ready for a plant-based diet but not sure what to do, this session is for you. We’ll help you to create a transition plan that you can stick to, including a 7-day diet plan to get you started.

What to expect

Before the 60-minute online consult, we’ll need you to complete a form that gives us insight into your current health history and diet. This will form the basis of our session.

Based on this info and our conversation, we’ll make some suggestions (mainly around diet, but possibly lifestyle as well) and put together that diet plan.

Our Focus

Our focus is on a natural whole-food diet and how to eat a plant-based diet that’s good for your health and well-being.

In our sessions:

1. We’ll share information to help you understand the fundamentals of plant-based eating.

2. We’ll share how to prepare for your transition so that you can make it as easy and simple as possible.

3. We’ll provide ideas around what foods to focus on and foods to avoid.

4. We’ll show you how to plan and incorporate this way of eating into your lifestyle.

What we don’t do

We aren’t doctors. We don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have a serious health issue, please consult with your medical practitioner.

Our plans are not focused on loosing weight.

Cost of the session

The cost of a single 60-minute session is R320.

We do offer packages on request at discounted rates.
