We are an online/retail business that ships products only in South Africa. All orders must be processed from this website.

1. Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our products are 100% VEGAN. Please however, check out the details for each product and if you’re uncertain then email us with any question you have.  

2. Are your products non-GMO?

Yes, all our products are Non-GMO

3. Are your products certified organic?

They are not all certified organic. Please check out each product individually to confirm whether it is certified organic.

4. What if I’m not sure what product is right for me?

5. Can you only order online?

Yes, at this stage orders are all processed online. If there are special circumstances please contact [email protected] and we’ll see how we can assist.

6. Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we offer a free herbal consultation. If you are looking for advice on which herbs, superfoods or supplements to take for a specific health issue then this consultation is for you.

7. Do you offer health and wellness coaching?

1. When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped, depending on whether you live in a main shipping hub or in an outlying area.

2. How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via courier.

3. How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is based on whether you live in a main shipping hub or an outlying area.

4. Can you ship outside of South Africa?

No, we cannot at this stage deliver outside of South Africa.

5. Where is my package?

When we create the collection, we are provided with a tracking number which we email to you. This tracking number can be used to see where your package is. Otherwise, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

6. What is your refund policy?

In summary: We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made from Alma Herbs. If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, contact us via email ([email protected] ) within 7 (seven) days of receipt.  All products are returnable, excluding:

Special orders, products bought on sale or products that have been opened and used.
Products returned must be sealed and undamaged and must be returned in their original untampered packaging with the original invoice.

Cost of returns will be for the customer except in the event the incorrect product was shipped.

We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (7 days after issuance of receipt of your parcel) or, if applicable, the expiration date of the product itself.
