Payment is strictly on order. Delivery costs will be calculated and added to orders at check-out.
Alma Herbs accept payments via PayFast.
Delivery will take place when payment is received in full and reflects in our account.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment;
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
National deliveries require 3 to 7 working days.

Alma Herbs reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer and supplier price changes, errors in advertisements, and any other extenuating circumstances.
Due to the quality and nature of the products, slight variation in content may occur between different batches of products.
We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made from Alma Herbs. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
All products are returnable, excluding:
- Special orders;
- Products bought on sale;
- Products that have been opened and used.
Products returned must be sealed and undamaged and must be returned in their original untampered packaging with the original invoice. Alma Herbs reserves the right to test the goods and will not refund or replace or accept liability for goods that have not been properly stored as set out on the label.
Once we have received the package, we will notify you that we have received the physical goods. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered to Alma Herbs within the returns window provided and at the correct address.
We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (7 days after issuance of receipt of your parcel) or, if applicable, the expiration date of the product itself. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at the customers’ cost, upon Alma Herbs’ sole and exclusive discretion, exercised reasonably.
Cost of returns will be for the customer except in the event that the incorrect product was shipped.
If you claim that our goods are defective, we will examine the goods for defects and if necessary return to our suppliers for assessment. Our suppliers will report to us whether the goods were defective, were misused or are of good quality. If our supplier reports that the goods were misused, were of good quality then we will not replace or refund the goods.
Once we have assessed the return, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to organise the refund. This refund will be processed into a bank account that you provide to us within 30days of the credit request being approved.
At all times, we will endeavor to ensure that we expedite this process as quickly as possible. Please however note that should we rely on our suppliers to assess the product, any delays will be outside of our control.
